Clarification of the Weier – Vestas relations

Our attention has been called to the fact that on page 25 in table 4-10 and 4-11 and page 26 table 4-12 in the report there is not a clear indication that the Weier Company is an independent company manufacturing generators. It can be understood that Vestas is the owner of the company. The background is that VESTAS took over some assets of Weier’s generator manufacturing facilities in October 2005 and VESTAS’ generator manufacturing of generators in VDN VESTAS (Germany & China) is based on that technology.Weier is an independent company manufacturing a.o generators for the WTGs (see www.weier-energie.de )
