Birger Tuemand Madsen

Director at BTM Consult ApS. Birger T. Madsen became a mechanical engineer after getting his B.Sc from Aalborg Teknikum (AAU, Denmark) in 1970. He has been working in the metal industry until 1986(hereunder 7 years in the wind industry) when BTM-C was co-founded by himself and partner Per Korgsgaard. Thirty years of working experience with wind power has made him a respected industry observer.

Per Krogsgaard

Director at BTM Consult ApS. Educated in commercials and economics. Before joining the wind industry at Vestas Per was working in different countries for several years in the field of establishing joint ventures in the agricultural machinery business. Per Krogsgaard has an outstanding track record in wind turbine manufacturing sector before co-founding BTM-C in 1986. With thirty years of wind experience, Per has become one of the most respected veterans in the wind industry.

Feng Zhao

A Chinese consultant at BTM Consult ApS. Prior to joining BTM-C, Feng Zhao has spent three years studying at Roskilde University (RUC, Denmark) where he focused his master thesis on theories, policies and development of the wind industry. Feng's specific areas of expertise are Chinese wind power market and the supply chain of wind turbine manufacturing.

Aris Karcanias

A consultant at BTM Consult ApS, based in London, UK. Aris Karcanias is an Electrical Engineer, who prior to joining Navigant (BTM-C’s parent company) was a researcher at the Institute for Manufacturing (Department of Engineering, University of Cambridge), focusing on sustainable engineering solutions.
